Frequently asked questions: Welcome to our new online Snow Club registration, this is our first year to use Ski Liberty’s Night Club Card program. Comments and suggestions are very welcome! Emergency Information - This information is used to contact the parent if there is an injury or emergency situation. We ask that you keep your cell phones on during the Snow Club hours. Health Concerns – Enter information only if chaperones need to know, for example, allergic reactions. Chaperone Volunteers – Chaperones accompany the students on the bus ride to and from the ski areas. Once at the ski area, we request you assist the students in the changing area (middle school only). Yes we do need chaperones, they are chosen by lottery. Log On Club Name – LTRC Pass Code – ncconline (You are logged in when you see – LTRC Snow Club, click on “See Available Items”) Ski Liberty Registration - This section is organized like a shopping cart. You must add each item individually. Night Club Card – This pass is similar to a night season pass, once you purchase the card use it every night from 4 – 10 PM starting January 3rd at Ski Liberty, Ski Roundtop and Whitetail Resorts. Three pricing options available, Lift only, Lift and Lesson and Lift, Lesson and Rental. Advantage Card - This is for avid skiers and snowboarders who will use their Night Club card during non-evening hours. Saturday and Sundays or weekday skiing. The $20 advantage card offers the user a 40% discount on non-night club hours tickets. If you use the Advantage card even once, it has paid for itself. For example, a Saturday 8 hour pass may cost $70, with the advantage card the ticket will only cost $42. Protection policy – Perfect for the accident prone child, this $8.00 option will allow you a prorated reimbursement for a Night Club Card under certain circumstances. Coverage becomes effective if your employer necessitated a move of 125 miles or more, or injury and/or sickness that prevents your child’s participation in the sport. Lift or Lift, Lesson or Lift, Lesson and Rental option – If you have your own ski or snowboard equipment you may want to choose either Lift only or Lift and Lesson. For those of you who will rent equipment, your only option is Lift, Lesson and Rental. Rental equipment automatically comes with lessons. Rental equipment is rented each trip, either ski or snowboard. Helmet Size – Small 20-23 inches, Medium 21-23 inches, Large 22-24 inches. Use a measuring tape to determine the child’s helmet size. Skier Type – Type 1 is Beginner Skier/Snowboarder, Type II is Average Skier/Snowboarder, Type III is Expert Skier/Snowboarder. Additional questions?
